Password Recovery

If you are currently a registered user on this system but have forgotten your password:

• Please check the Status bar near the top of the screen. If you have entered a password hint, it will be displayed there.


• If you still cannot remember your password, please contact us by e-mail at ill@mail.lib.msu.edu or by telephone at (517) 432-6123 x303 to have a temporary password created. Log on using your temporary password, then press the Change Password button to replace the temporary password with a new one. Use this opportunity to enter your password hint as well.
